This is what keeps me going...
Hello again everyone
I posted this one the Inventor Spot website and I'm re-posting it here as well.
As I'm sure you're all aware, I continue to sell the Magic Toob product directly through the website as I look for a potential licensee. People typically use PayPal and I get an e-mail informing me of the order as well as the contact e-mail of the customer. Recently I started taking advantage of that fact to let people know their order has shipped and to ask them how they found out about the product as a form of Market Research 101. Typically people are simply using Google in an effort to find a solution to the funky shaped bulb/clip-on shade conundrum. I just wanted to share what my most recent customer wrote when asked how she found out about the product:
"I did a Google search for "how to fix crooked lampshade" because I was hoping someone invented some little trick - and sure enough - someone did! I actually intended it for a shade that won't stay on a regular light bulb, but I've had the irritating problem of shades not working on fluorescents before and I'm excited that now I can switch out my bulbs to fluorescent. This is a great solution! I wondered if it was sold in stores like Bed Bath & Beyond - seems like it would do well there."

That's GREAT Jack....hard work always pays off and taking the time as you have to understand the process will always set you apart from those who choose to sit and wait for it to come to them.
You have grown so much in such a short time...good for you Jack!

Thanks Mark, I really can't say that I've accomplished anything without the help of MANY others!
