Hello, I joined UIA today, yay. Am in the early stages of product concept phase (building rough prototype at home). Debating whether I should incorporate a business (s-corp?) so I can take advantage of tax deductions, especially when I'm ready to move to the next step - rapid prototyping. Suggestions / advice would be most appreciated!
