"I Love (To Gamble) in Las Vegas"

hello guys
i would like to share a short story about my trademark. and also ask you few questions.

design came up as a lightning, fortunately i knew most part of the trademark process, and i started digging it in. Trademark process was completed in 2009.
i live in New York, and this logo is very close to the one "I {Love} NY", and i had no doubts about will it work or not. NY design rocks in every direction!
Next step, I gathered as much information about tourism in Las Vegas, its numbers, similar trademarks, second time went to Las Vegas to know more about major gift designs (which i found none) and so on.
Then i started to share it everywhere to businessmen and companies, from emailing them to posting on Facebook New Idea Groups, Craigslist, Las Vegas companies.
I used sites like portfolio.com, digg.com, ideaintoproduct.com and many more.
For today i have few proposals, but also get a question: how and who to choose (serious offer or not)?
And I have two completely different directions: sell it or license it.
Do you have any suggestions about that?
also, do you have any ideas how to define the price of the trademark? (for sale? for licensing?)
