disclosure to company i would like to approach about a licensing agreement

I have recently filed a provisional patent application. Under what circumstances should I disclose my invention to
a company that I would like to discuss a licensing agreement with ?

I don't believe that it would be an option for me to be the manufacturer and seller of product. Larger companies in this industry
already have manufacturing facilities, ability to negotiate with raw materials suppliers, distribution channels, etc. . . .
