General Question

I have a friend who has a Great Idea that might have some potential for licensing. This a product she has been making herself in her home & selling. It's hard for her to keep up with the demand. I was invited to this site my a UIA member. I would like to invite her here because I don't want to give her any wrong information. Thought it would be best to get her in front of the professionals. My question is, How can she join this site? Does she need to be invited by a UIA member, or can I just send her the link and then she will be approved ?
