Looking for funding/capital/investment for a new invention in USA

I am contacting on behalf of two Venezuela born US citizen inventors named Luis Solorzano and Eudes Vera respectively. They have invented a machine that's capable of extracting atmospheric heat and convert it into power. A small prototype is already made and successfully tested with positive energy balance. Patent application is also filed. Now, they want to make a bigger prototype and need funding for that. They are also ready to license their invention. They also have formed a company named KASGIS Enterprise based in Miami, Florida.
Though conversation is going on with some investors, but still there is enough space for others too and specifically for someone who is willing to license the invention.
