Patent search reveals similar but different products. Empty Patent search reveals similar but different products.

I have spent a few hours reviewing patents, searching by a wide variety of titles and keywords. I have found some vaguely similar products, but none so far have the features and varied utility of mine. What risks do I have concerning existing patents on this vaguely similar products?
