Product is Patent Pending in USA -- but company interested is Outside USA

The product is currently patent pending here in USA -- but the company interested to evaluate the product is located outside of USA (Germany). Is it enough to rely on the company-provided-NDA?

Your advice is greatly needed.

If you don't have international patent, you should get an NDA to protect your interests, then if you think that the deal is likely, you need to get international patent applications filed as soon as possible.

If your patent application filing date is over one year ago, then you will not be able to file a PCT application. A Nondisclosure Agreement is probably a good idea. You should talk to a patent attorney.
